Promoting safe and respectful workplaces.The Karachi Mobility Project Gender Team (Rozan) conducted a Worker Awareness Session at the ZKB site to sensitize labor on GBV, SEA/SH, VAC, Workers’ Code of Conduct, and the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM). The session encouraged responsible behavior and strengthened awareness of social safeguards within the project.
