Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In order to ensure an efficient and well balanced communication with the public the Yellow Line Project offers an active Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
The Yellow Line BRT Corridor is one of the priority corridor identified by Karachi Transportation Improvement Project (KTIP). The Yellow Line BRT Corridor has been selected as a pilot project in Sindh. The general alignment of the Yellow Line BRT corridor has a genius Right of Way (ROW).
