Under the guidance of our Project Director, Mr. Zameer Ahmed Abbasi, an Awareness & Training session on “Protection Against Harassment of Women/Men at the Workplace” for Karachi Mobility Project was conducted by our Gender Specialists on December 18, 2024 at Ramada Creek Hotel Karachi.
The training aimed to educate employees about the legal frameworks of the Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010, and reporting mechanisms. A harassment-free workplace encourages higher job satisfaction, reduces turnover, and retains skilled female and male employees.
Ensuring a safe and respectful workplace is a priority for both the employees’ well-being and the organization’s reputation. Conducting training on workplace harassment will not only raise awareness but also equip employees with the knowledge and tools to identify, prevent, and address such issues effectively.
