Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) Training

A GRM Training session was conducted on 30th December 2024 at the Package 4 – Jam Sadiq Bridge, ZKB Site Office.
This training aimed to Empower Consultant and Contractors’ Staff with the skills and knowledge required to address grievances efficiently and effectively, ensuring transparent and fair resolution processes.
Key Highlights:
• Building capacity to handle grievances professionally.
• Promoting accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Strengthening communication between teams and communities.
